A lovely sunny and quiet 3 bedroomed house awaits you, with the added bonus of Warwick Castle wall at the end of the garden. The house is situated in a prime location, just a five-minute walk into the centre of Warwick and two minutes to the entrance of Warwick Castle.

Inside the house, you will find two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed, providing ample sleeping space for up to five people. The bathroom includes both a bath and shower, perfect for those who enjoy a relaxing soak or an invigorating shower. There is also a lounge, kitchen and downstairs toilet, providing all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Parking for one car is available on the drive, which is a great advantage as the Warwick Castle wall is at the end of the garden, providing very close access. Additionally, the house is only a five-minute walk away from Warwick Racecourse, which is perfect for walks with or without a dog.

The Close is a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood, providing a peaceful environment for your stay. Please note that the house is the host's home and contains personal items. The lounge has a wood burner and double patio doors leading out to the garden, which is fenced with a small pond. The TV has Now TV, which includes Netflix, providing a variety of entertainment options.

In the kitchen, you will find a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and other usual appliances. The through lounge/dining area provides a spacious and comfortable area to relax in. There is also a downstairs toilet for added convenience.

The bedrooms are located upstairs, with two double bedrooms and a smaller room with a single bed. The house is situated in a very quiet location but is still handy for everywhere. There is parking for one car on the drive and free on-street parking. The host provides all bed linen and towels and always leaves milk, juice, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar and condiments for your convenience.

It's just a 5-minute walk into the town centre and market square, and only 2 minutes away from the main entrance of Warwick Castle. The house is bright, sunny, and boasts the ancient Warwick Castle wall at the end of the garden.

The property has three bedrooms - two with double beds and one with a single bed, making it suitable for up to five people. Additionally, there is a kitchen/dining area, a lounge with a log burner, an upstairs bathroom, and a downstairs toilet.

This terraced house is located in a peaceful close and features a garden and parking on the drive for one car. If you have additional cars, there is free on-street parking available.

Soon, the house will have a new large kitchen with an island and a dining area. Photos will be available upon completion. There is also a new wood burner in the lounge, which is perfect for creating a cosy atmosphere.

The property allows pets, but there is a maximum of two dogs for £10 per night.
